The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the local plaza, restaurants, and bodegas for wine tasting. The rooms are spacious with a large, comfortable bed, but they might feel a bit dated. The service was mixed, with some staff being unhelpful. The dining options could be better stocked and more varied. The location, however, offers a great opportunity to immerse yourself in the history of Haro and the wine industry.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a good size and clean, but unfortunately, our allocated room had a sewage smell and made random pumping sounds throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. The location was ideal for exploring the town of Haro and its surroundings, although the staff lacked guidance on wineries. Dining was impressive but slightly expensive at 17€ per person. The service was a bit unfriendly overall, but there were some positive aspects like assistance with the one-way system and a warm welcome drink.
